What is mindfulness meditation? It's paying attention in a specific way, on purpose, as the moments of our life are unfolding. It is non-judgmental awareness while fully inhabiting each moment we have. Research has shown that a daily mindfulness practice can change the structure and function of our brains in positive ways that affect our immune response as well as our physical and mental health.
